It is with excitement and enthusiasm that we announce the release of our newest book: “Church Signs: The 7 Metaphors that Clarify the Mission of the Church.” During the last six years we struggled to find a church we could call home. During that time, we turned our struggle into research. We visited 72 churches and compared them with what we read in the Bible. Some things we found were good, some sad, some funny, always seeking to discover how God designed the church to fulfill the Great Commission Jesus commanded.
Over the course of our research, we confirmed what we all know – churches are busy places. We found the Great Commission is often relegated to the back-burner while other pressing matters consume the majority of their attention. Our new book can help church mission leaders accomplish both the urgent and the important, while managing their outreach efforts.
